At TBI, we believe that a great workplace isn’t simply created by innovation and hard work — it’s also formed by experiences, collaboration, and celebration. Recently, our team got together for two iconic events that perfectly represented the best combination of fun, culture, and healthy competition: the TBI Table Tennis Tournament and our colorful Diwali Celebration.

TBI TT Tournament: Showcasing Skill & Team Spirit

Our Table Tennis Tournament kicked off around six weeks ago, paving the way for some great and competitive games. Each day, four exciting 15-minute games had the people in the office buzzing. 

From the preliminary rounds to the quarterfinals, semi-finals, and eventually the grand finale, each game represented sportsmanship, accuracy, and teamwork. The final match took place on the day of our Diwali celebration, giving that extra zing to the celebratory mood. The passion and eagerness of both players and spectators made it all a high point in the season.

Diwali at TBI: A Festival of Culture & Togetherness

Our Diwali celebration was a wonderful reminder of the joy of togetherness and cultural pride. The team came together to share warm Diwali wishes — a true reflection of the unity and festive spirit that define TBI. The day began with festive decorations and beaming smiles. A stunning folk dance performance, Nati, from the beautiful Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, set the perfect tone for the celebrations. It was followed by a thoughtful segment where one of our team members shared insights about celebrating a Green Diwali. The event beautifully blended fun with reflection, encouraging everyone to celebrate responsibly. It also reminded us to cherish the bonds that make TBI feel like a family.
