Great experience with the team working very dilligently on our projects over a number of years and handling client and technical challenges well.

I’ve worked with Gaurav and the team of "The Brihaspati Infotech" for over a year on a project of considerable complexity. A year is a long time for a software project, and there were moments when it felt like progress was slower than expected. To their credit, however, the product evolved significantly throughout the process. There was substantial scope creep, and many features required experimentation and multiple iterations before we arrived at the right solution. It was very much a process of trial and error. Like any long-term software project, there were setbacks. The most significant was that our API key leaked twice, which is a serious issue. I also occasionally found myself researching technical solutions and proposing implementation approaches, which I believe should ideally come from the development team. That said, what truly distinguishes this agency is their commitment to the project. Over time, they became much more than a contractor—they became genuine partners and allies. They consistently aligned themselves with the product’s goals, cared about its success, and were willing to go the extra mile whenever challenges arose. Communication was open, they were responsive to feedback, and they showed real ownership rather than simply completing assigned tasks. Looking back, I don’t think many agencies would have remained as committed through such an evolving project. Despite the challenges, they stayed invested, adapted as requirements changed, and genuinely wanted the product to succeed. No development partnership is perfect, but I value a team that is invested, transparent, and willing to improve. Despite the issues we encountered, I would describe them as reliable partners who genuinely care about the project’s success—and that is a quality that is difficult to find.

Avinash and his team were professional, responsive, and committed throughout the project. Communication was clear, and they were always willing to discuss feedback and make improvements. The project was paused due to changes in my business concept and legal considerations in the Netherlands, not because of the quality of their work. I appreciate their effort and would be happy to work with them again in the future.
