Completing 12 Successful Years in the Business!

This year we successfully completed more than 12 years in the industry. Remembering our beginnings in 2011, we want to congratulate everyone involved in our journey from the start or have joined along the way.

So that’s why we would like to dedicate this blog post to summarizing our 12+ years path and reviewing our grand celebration of Annual Day 2023.

Our Journey

TBI was the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs, Mr. Kunal Khullar & Mr. Mrinal Khullar, who started this company in 2011 from a small office in Panchkula, India.

With an initial headcount of two at the time of inception to more than 200 team members in 2023, we always aimed to deliver beyond expertise through innovation, processes, and people that work.

Over these years, we have become a true leader in the industry & strive to multiply our achievements following TBI’s philosophy of being inch-wide and mile-deep with our business focus.

We are proud of the achievements, recognitions & awards we continually received during our 12+ long years of journey.

The Anniversary Bash!

The venue for the celebration was Ramada Plaza by Wyndham. Everyone was so excited and enthusiastic to be a part of this event that encapsulates the spirit of TBI and the fun culture we propound at work.

As we commenced the celebration, the anchor for the event pulled off one heck of a show with his satirical speech & gigs that choked every TBIan in the house into laughter.

The Fun Activities 

All the members celebrated this day with lots of fun-filled activities and games. Kudos to the host for the evening, who came up with unique activities that helped us to create friendships, uncover hidden talents, and boost the company culture.

The best part was that the activities also included participation from the family members of our employees.

Stage Performances 

The event was embedded with a series of performances conceived and produced by our employees on their interests.

Award ceremony

Now, it’s time for some reward for those valuable employees who have shined throughout the years with their consistent excellence.

This year we rewarded our members in multiple categories to express our approval & gratitude for their contribution to our success.

Speeches by Founders

The next followed the speeches from our co-founders. Both of them dedicated motivational speeches to uplifting the spirit of the team and remembering the journey.

Apart from that, they also emphasized the contribution to our customers & community while maintaining uncompromisable integrity, teamwork & innovation.

DJ Bash & Buffet

Here came the most awaited part, “the announcement of the DJ floor”. The moment it was aired, all ran to the DJ floor and started whooping and dancing in their own styles.

The food was served in between by the venue staff. The food was presented very well and was very appetizing. The party concluded with some great memories and a commitment to achieve even bigger milestones in the upcoming year.

Final words

In this moment of happy tears, and proudest smiles, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our coworkers, their families, our ex-employees, clients, and partners for their continuous support and contribution.

Without you all, this achievement wouldn’t have been so soothing.
