Dynamic Dashboard with ReactJs & Laravel
TBI used ReactJS to build a high-performance user interface for the platform, capitalizing on its dynamic updates and component-based architecture to ensure efficiency and responsiveness. The backend, powered by Laravel, offers a robust and secure structure, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.

Calendar Integration
TBI built seamless third-party calendar syncing and efficient meeting data management. Users can connect calendars from Google, Outlook, Office 365, and Zoho, with the system automatically fetching and syncing meeting data from linked calendars. All meeting details — attendees and times — are synchronized, keeping information up-to-date on the user’s calendar.

Chrome Extension Development
TBI built a Chrome extension that streamlines event and attendee management, automates post-meeting tasks, and ensures secure, seamless API integration. It fetches attendee data from the calendar after each meeting, processes it for tasks like verifying attendance and handling follow-ups, and tracks participation status (present, absent, late). Post-meeting automation triggers actions like sending follow-up emails, scheduling next meetings, or updating records. The extension implements interaction with the browser’s calendar API to retrieve event data efficiently, transfers extracted data securely for backend or frontend processing, and runs smoothly in the background without interrupting the user experience.

Gemini AI & Clearbit API Integrations
TBI leveraged Gemini AI and Clearbit APIs for predicting person and company names. Gemini AI APIs automatically predict meeting attendees’ names based on their email addresses, speeding up connection requests by providing names in advance and reducing manual identification errors. The Clearbit API identifies the company name associated with an email address’s domain, ensuring accurate company data for primary identification — with an AI-generated fallback name if Clearbit fails to retrieve one.

LinkedIn Integration & Connection Management
TBI enabled automated connection requests, status tracking, and management with customization for premium users. The system fetches attendee details and searches LinkedIn via native APIs, sending automated connection requests to the top three search results and tracking request statuses in real time on the dashboard. Connection tracking monitors status — accepted, pending, withdrawn — with automated or manual withdrawal (auto-withdrawing unaccepted requests after 30 days, or manually via the dashboard). Premium users can personalize greeting and note messages in connection invites.

Dashboard for User Management & Control
TBI built a dashboard giving users complete control over managing connection requests, customizing messages, and viewing real-time updates of their networking activities. A centralized dashboard manages LinkedIn connection requests and shows real-time updates in one place, with smart scheduling to automate invites 10 minutes before or after meetings based on user preference, and secure, scalable email/password authentication with session management backed by MySQL. A weekly summary tracks networking efforts with a dashboard report on pending and successful connections, alongside real-time status updates and automated alerts when requests are sent, accepted, or withdrawn.
