The Requirement
Growth brought new operational and conversion challenges.
TBI divided the project into two teams — one built a business automation tool for managing leads, the other built a new WordPress website for the business’s organic growth. As the company grew, it faced an increasing volume of service requests and crew scheduling challenges across the Tri-State area.
01
A business automation tool
Growing service requests needed a centralized system to manage leads and calls.
02
Crew & fleet coordination
Scheduling movers and vehicles across the Tri-State area needed a reliable system.
03
A conversion-focused website
The business needed a content-rich website built to convert visitors into leads.
04
Location-specific organic growth
Each service area needed dedicated content to support search visibility.
Why This Approach
Six areas grouped from TBI’s two-team plan
TBI divided the project into two teams — one focused on business automation, the other on the website — and delivered results across six connected areas.
01
Customer Management
TBI built a dashboard to receive and process caller requests, monitor follow-up status, reconnect with callers for job details, maintain a customer list with contact details, and create and track insurance claims — settled or unsettled.
02
Manpower, Fleet & Scheduling Management
TBI built tools to list moving specialists across the Tri-State area, determine crew availability via a manpower calendar, assign crews using a geographical map, track sales performance (booked events, revenue, settled claims), manage a fleet list with vehicle reservations, maintain a list of blocklisted buildings off-limits for moving jobs, and run a monthly service calendar — including adding new service locations and setting monthly budget limits.
03
Service Order & Payroll Management
TBI built tools to process web leads from the Contact Us form, create and assign jobs to available teams while accounting for job difficulty through units management, monitor extra expenses, track job order status (Follow-up, Booked, and more) with confirmation letters for every created job, and manage payroll — tracking payouts, calculating overtime, and exporting reports for tax and analysis.
04
CRO-Friendly Website & Information Architecture
TBI’s WordPress team, working with digital marketing experts, engineered a clean and intuitive information hierarchy and user-friendly navigation system, helping users find relevant information in fewer steps.
05
Location-Specific Pages
TBI built dedicated website pages for each service location — Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, The Bronx, Long Island, and New Jersey — showcasing services like Residential Moving, Packing Service, Moving Supplies, and Piano Moving, each internally linked with neighboring location pages to help Google index and rank all pages.
06
Visual Design, UI & Map Integration
TBI established a visual style guide aligned with brand identity — including the business logo, brand colors like yellow, and custom photos and illustrations — paired with custom UI elements like clear CTA buttons, Contact Us forms, RingCentral-powered virtual call integration, and a Google Maps integration with custom markers, directions, and location filtering.
