To address these requirements, TBI’s development team created a versatile platform that simplifies property management and connects user roles.
The platform featured dynamic search and robust admin controls, helping Everyland boost efficiency and gain a competitive edge in the Australian real estate market.

Front-End Development with ReactJs
TBI’s team developed a dynamic user interface using ReactJs. Its component-based architecture and virtual DOM (Document Object Model) ensured fast performance and scalability. TBI used an Amazon S3 Bucket to store and serve images.

API Development with Laravel
TBI developed robust Laravel APIs to power website functionalities, user-specific portals, and seamless management for Agencies, Builders, Agents, Developers, and Admins.

FeedSync Plugin for CRM Integration
TBI used the FeedSync Plugin to automate and integrate CRM data flow, ensuring real-time updates, and enriched the user experience with streamlined subscription management, customized pricing, and premium branding options. Subscription Management created plans for Agencies, Builders, and Developers — a Standard Plan free for the first year, and a Premium Plan requiring manual invoicing and admin approval for upgrades, with admins controlling subscription upgrades for users. Premium Features let premium users add custom branding — colors and logos — to their properties, helping them stand out with a more polished, professional appearance. Pricing Management includes a custom pricing page where users request pricing by filling out a form, with an automated email system sending relevant pricing information to users.

Core Modules & User Roles
TBI developed core user modules for managing property types like Land, Estates, and Home Designs, with multi-role functionality and refined admin capabilities. Core Modules cover Land for Sale (listing, search, and management of land properties), Land Estates (larger property developments), House and Land (combined listings for properties with pre-built houses and associated land), Home Designs (showcasing and managing new house designs), and New Land Releases (listings for newly released land plots). TBI implemented multi-role functionality for six user types — Super Admin, Developers, Builders, Agencies, Agents, and End Users — introducing a role-based access control system so each user type accesses only the modules relevant to their role. A Super Admin Panel enhances admin capabilities with oversight of all platform operations, approval or rejection of onboarding requests, subscription management control, and report generation for leads, activities, and system performance.

Advance Properties Filters
TBI implemented advanced filtering and search capabilities to refine searches by location, size, price, and other key parameters. Filters include Price Range (set a minimum and maximum price to find properties within budget), Property Type (narrow searches to specific property types), Land Size (refine searches by size), and Category (select categories such as residential or commercial).

Property Listing by Cities and States
TBI implemented property listings categorized by cities and states, making it easier for users to browse and discover properties relevant to their preferred locations across Australia.

Property Lead Generation
TBI created role-specific portals for each user role to efficiently manage property listings and leads, optimizing the lead generation process from inquiries to agent follow-ups. Normal Users can sign up and browse the platform without a subscription, save favorite properties, and submit inquiries directly about properties they’re interested in. Agencies, Builders, and Developers can manage property listings (create, update, delete, and archive), track leads using a lead management system, and manage their accounts, profiles, and subscription plans. Agents can manage their assigned property listings (create, update, delete), update their accounts and profiles, and track leads for properties assigned to them.
