Front-End Development with React

We developed a user-friendly website with an intuitive platform for exploring diverse property listings, featuring dedicated pages for each property type.

API Development with Laravel

We developed robust Laravel APIs to power website functionalities, user-specific portals, and seamless management for agencies, builders, agents, developers, and admins. We used an Amazon S3 bucket to store and serve images.

FeedSync Plugin for CRM Integration

We created a seamless onboarding process with a customized pricing page, automated emails, CRM integration for automatic property sync, and premium features like custom branding.

Pricing and Subscription Management

  • Pricing Page Design: Users can request pricing by filling out a form, and an automated email system sends relevant pricing information.
  • Standard vs. Premium Subscription Model: Defines the free standard subscription for one year and the premium model that requires invoicing and admin approval.
  • Admin Approval Process: Admins can approve or reject onboarding requests for Agencies, Builders, and Developers.

Premium Features and CRM Integration

  • Custom Branding for Premium Users: Premium users can add custom colors and logos on their properties.
  • CRM Integration for Property Syncing: Users can connect their CRM with the website to automatically sync and import property listings.

We developed core modules for managing property types like land, estates, and home designs, with advanced search, multi-role functionality, and enhanced admin capabilities.

Multi-Role Functionality

  • Implemented multi-role functionality for six user types: Super Admin, Developers, Builders, Agencies, Agents, and End Users.
  • Introduced a role-based access control system to manage permissions.
  • Ensured each user type has access only to specific modules according to their role.
  • Allowed Agents to log in and access only the predefined modules for their role.

Super Admin Panel

  • Introduced a Super Admin panel to enhance admin capabilities.
  • Enables oversight of all platform operations.
  • Allows management of user roles and property listings.
  • Provides control over subscription management.
  • Supports report generation for leads, activities, and system performance.

Property Listing by Cities and States

We implemented property listings categorized by cities and states, with advanced filtering and search capabilities to refine searches by location, size, price, and other key parameters.

Property Lead Generation

We created role specific portals for each user role to efficiently manage property listings and leads, optimizing the lead generation process from inquiries to agent follow-ups

  • They can update and manage their accounts and profiles.
  • Agents can track leads for the properties assigned to them.
